The fact now a days people want everyone to be a winner and no one a loser is to me horse malarky. In life to truly be a winner you must understand what it is like to lose. You can lose 499 times and win 1. That 1 time you win will feel so amazing because you earned it. Handing out victories, they should just hand out money. Because that is how kids feel if a win is just handed to them, even if they do not try. Growing up that way dose not help our kids. Instead it stops their potential for growth. Kids grow with competition. They grow with challenge, As we all do. Let us not hold our kids back because we are scared they will get their feelings hurt. Let them feel failure so they can enjoy their success.
